Ordering & payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, across all of Pakistan. You pay the rider when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready — riders rarely carry change for a shoe order.
Which cards do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard and any card your bank has enabled for online payments, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Can I use a coupon with a sale price?+
Yes. Coupons apply to the discounted price, subject to the minimum order value shown on the code.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
You can cancel from your account while an order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once it moves to Processing the pair is being prepared and you will need to email us instead.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Two to four working days nationwide. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day.
When is delivery free?+
On every order over Rs 15,000. Below that a flat Rs 350 applies anywhere in the country.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?+
Not through the website yet. Email hello@ferfijog.com with your city and we will quote a courier rate directly.
Fit & returns
What is your return window?+
14 days from delivery on unworn pairs in the original box. Try them on carpet — a scuffed sole means we can no longer take the pair back.
Are exchanges free?+
Size exchanges are free within the 14-day window. We collect the original pair and send the replacement in the same trip where the courier allows it.
How do I know my size?+
Our lasts run true to UK sizing in a medium (F) width. The size guide has full conversions and a measuring method; if you are between sizes, go up.
The shoes themselves
What does Goodyear welted actually mean?+
A strip of leather is stitched through a rib on the insole and out through the upper, and the outsole is then stitched to that strip rather than to the upper. It means a cobbler can lift the sole off and replace it without disturbing the shoe.
Can these be resoled?+
Yes, indefinitely. Any competent cobbler can do it; we also resole in the Lahore workshop at cost for pairs bought from us.
How often should I polish?+
Brush after every wear, cream every ten wears or so, polish when you want shine. The brushing matters more than the polishing — it is what stops dust drying the leather out.
What is the warranty?+
Two years against any defect in stitching or construction. It does not cover normal sole wear, which is what resoling is for.
