Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we confirm it, which happens automatically for Cash on Delivery and on successful payment for card orders.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. Where money has already been taken, it is refunded in full.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is shown separately at checkout and is free above the threshold stated on the site.

Coupon codes are subject to the minimum order value and expiry shown on each code, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Stock is reserved when an order is placed and released again if the order is cancelled. Because pairs are made in small runs, an item may sell out between adding it to your bag and checking out; we will tell you at checkout rather than after taking payment.

The 14-day return policy on the Shipping & Returns page forms part of these terms. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

Reviews you post must be your own honest experience of a product. We remove content that is abusive, fraudulent or promotional.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
