Shipping & returns

Every order is packed in a rigid shoe box with a dust bag and a shoehorn, then boxed again for transit. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number as soon as the order is placed, and the courier will call before delivery.

Remote areas may add a day. If your order has not moved in five working days, look it up on the tracking page and then call us — we can usually locate a parcel within the hour.

COD is available on all orders nationwide with no extra fee. Please keep the exact amount ready — riders carry limited change. You may open the box and check the size in front of the rider, but the pair must not be worn outdoors.

You have 14 days from delivery. The pair must be unworn, with the original box, dust bags and any inserts. Try shoes on carpet: a scuffed sole or a creased vamp means the pair has been worn and we can no longer resell it.

To start a return, email hello@ferfijog.com with your order number and whether you want an exchange or a refund. We arrange collection. Size exchanges are free; refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the pair reaching the workshop. For COD orders we transfer to your bank account.

Made-to-order pairs and anything customised for you are not returnable unless faulty.

Two years against defects in stitching, welting or construction. If a seam opens or a welt lifts, send it back and we will repair or replace it.

Soles are a consumable, not a defect — that is the point of the Goodyear welt. We resole pairs bought from us at cost, and any competent cobbler can do it too.
