Privacy policy

When you create an account we store your name, email address, an optional phone number and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot read it.

When you place an order we store the delivery address, contact details and the contents of that order, because we need them to deliver the shoes and to handle any return.

Card details are never sent to our servers. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, who return only a payment reference to us.

To process and deliver orders, to answer support requests, and to show you your own order history when you sign in.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we use your email only to send product news. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and we do not sell or rent the list.

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only, so browser scripts cannot read it, and it expires after seven days.

Your shopping bag lives in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Clearing site data empties the bag.

Our courier partner receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver the parcel — nothing else.

Stripe receives your email and the order amount when you pay by card, under their own privacy terms.

We do not share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.

You can view and correct your details from your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@ferfijog.com. We keep order records where tax law requires it, but they are detached from your profile.
